The African-American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ and DE (AACC) is the leading advocate for minority owned business in the Delaware Valley and Southeastern Pennsylvania. The AACC enhances the growth and effectiveness of African-American owned businesses by working within the community to improve economic conditions; furthering businesses’ interests by serving as convener and influencer in government; and providing programming and facilitating partnerships that help members access needed resources.
For 28 years, the AACC has remained committed to promoting the sound economic well being and empowerment of the African-American business community, and the economic status of the African-American community through education, access, partnership and accountability.
The AVF program is a total community effort from start to finish, with every angel group in the Mid-Atlantic receiving pertinent information on the AVF and sending their members to attend & scout the fair. Applicants to the AVF are reviewed by 80 judges (made up of angels and conduits to angels) and 34 lucky entrepreneurs (out of hundreds) are selected to showcase their new venture on the day of the fair.

Our workforce development programs provide 21st Century job search skills to those with barriers to employment, including, individuals seeking to navigate the job market, identify transferable skills and re-brand themselves for new and current employment opportunities.
WAND uses a wrap-around Care-Team approach to ensure participants receive additional resources as needed while in our programs or during periodic check-ins after graduation, used to support further those we serve.
