Who We Are
In 2017, Delaware’s General Assembly created Delaware Prosperity Partnership (DPP) to serve as the state’s lead resource to attract, retain, and grow business in Delaware. We are committed to building a stronger entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem and supporting Delaware private employers in identifying, recruiting and developing world-class talent. As a public-private partnership, DPP partners with relevant stakeholders, including economic development groups, chambers of commerce and other community-based resources. We are driven by four value pillars:
